It was with a heavy heart that I heard about Gatlinburg burning.  It is such an amazing area, with beautiful forests and a variety of animals.  The Dragon family spent a week in a cabin there last Christmas and it was magical. It’s hard to think of the people we met, who have shops, restaurants and parks, that now have no homes or place of business. One such business was a farm with deer, caribou, elk  etc.  I pray that the fires passed them by. We also attended a church called Trinity.  It was a quaint old church, and the people were so warm and inviting. I also pray that the people are safe, and the church was spared.  I will continue to pray for them, and invite you to do the same.

This was taken from the balcony of our cabin in Gatlinburg.
